Process to Redeem
Customers can redeem their accumulated gold only at AVR Swarna Mahal showrooms.
Visit Showroom
Customers must visit the showroom during the redemption dates with their registered mobile number.
Verification
Customers must verify their identity proof. The showroom team will verify the scheme account and confirm the total accumulated gold weight.
Select Jewellery
Customers can choose their preferred jewellery design from the available collections at the showroom.
Adjust Gold Savings
The accumulated gold weight will be adjusted against the value of the selected jewellery.
Pay Remaining Amount
If the jewellery value exceeds the accumulated gold value, the remaining balance amount must be paid at the showroom.
